Just wanted to drop you a line and tell you that I have overclocked my
Pentium 75 to a Pentium 100, by simply moving two jumpers. Wintune 95
benchmarks the system now as a Pentium 100. I have seen a dramatic
increase in overall speed. A friend with a system identical to ours
has
his overclocked to 90 for over one month with no problems. Mine has
been overclocked to 100 for one week with no problems. I own an Aptiva
M40. No, I did not add a fan. Our systems appear to have an already
oversized
heatsink, however, I am looking into a fan just for safe measures. Also,
I actually only moved one jumper. That jumper being JP2 which I moved
from 1-3, 2-4 to 3-5, and 4-6. I will keep you
posted of further developments. Thus far though it is great!
